Enrika Emek Zur is an experienced professional in support and customer service management, currently serving as Tier 4 Manager at OwnBackup since September 2022. Prior experience includes directing support operations at Appdome from February 2019 to September 2022, and managing technical support teams at Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd. and Powerlink Software LTD. Responsibilities have encompassed leading support teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical expertise. Enrika began the career at Trend Micro as a Sales Engineer and Technical Account Manager, along with earlier roles at Hilan as a Technical Support Engineer. Enrika also served in the Military Signal and Electronics Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant.
