Dan Anghel serves as the Technology Director for Customer Engineering at OVO since January 2020, overseeing engineering teams responsible for customer-facing experiences and driving efforts towards zero-carbon living. Previously, as Head of Technology for Home Services, Dan successfully expanded the team and executed a major technology rebuild while enhancing IT capabilities. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Director for Global eCommerce at Pearson, where Dan implemented a new technology strategy that transformed the company's digital operations, and several key roles at BORN Group, SAP Hybris, and Accenture focusing on technical architecture and solutions. Dan holds a Master’s Degree in IT from INSA Lyon and participated in an Erasmus exchange year in Computer Science at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
