Mark Melhorn is an experienced professional with a distinguished military background and a strong focus on defense procurement and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Development and UK Government Engagement at Overwatch Group since February 2024, Mark previously held the position of Campaign Manager at Jankel from June 2022 to February 2024. Mark's extensive expertise includes serving as Adviser to the Minister for Defence Procurement within the UK Ministry of Defence from January 2019 to June 2022, overseeing a substantial procurement portfolio. Mark's military experience encompasses roles such as Chief Of Staff during a NATO mission in Kabul and various leadership positions within the British Army. Mark holds an MSc in Battlespace Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Command & Control Systems from Cranfield University.
