William Jacob is an experienced professional in the field of remote telemetry systems and leak detection equipment, currently serving as the APAC Support Lead at Ovarro since April 2019. William possesses extensive expertise in complex monitoring and control, having previously held roles as a Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer, where leadership and team mentorship were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes positions at Renesas Semiconductor KL Sdn Bhd as an Equipment/Process Engineer and QC Engineer, as well as Application & Sales Engineer at Camfil, and Supplier & Manufacturing Quality Engineer at AutoV Corporation Bhd. William's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Foundation in Science, both obtained from Universiti Industri Selangor.
