Arlette Tchassom has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. ARLETTE began their career as an Assistante RH at Hotel Bano Palace, where they managed personnel administrative files, CNPS affiliations, and social security files. In 2013, they took on the role of Manager at BIOCHARIS, where they were responsible for the global strategy, communication, monthly and semestral reporting, media relations, and business canvas for financial partners. ARLETTE also worked as an Audit RH at NEWREST and as a Consultante Junior, chargee de recherche at Right Performance. Most recently, they have been a Talent Manager at Ovamba, Inc since 2015.

Arlette Tchassom obtained a Master II degree in Gestion des Carrières, Plannification Sociale, Gestion du Temps et du Stress from ESSEC DE DOUALA in the years 2009-2012. No additional certifications have been provided.
