Andrea Contreras Ojeda has extensive work experience in various industries and roles.

Andrea started their career in 2004 at Casa Bella, a centenary store in Sabadell, where they worked as a salesperson and visual merchandiser. During their time there, they gained customer service skills and learned about inventory management and visual merchandising.

In 2011, Andrea joined Series.ly, a company in the audiovisual sector. As a member of the finance and human resources department, they played a crucial role in managing accounting and human resource activities.

After Series.ly, Andrea worked at patatabrava.com, the largest student social network in Spain. Andrea held a position of responsibility for accounting and human resources and provided legal consulting services related to intellectual property and information technology.

In 2014, they joined Tviso.com as the Head of Human Resources and Financial Analyst, once again taking on responsibilities for finance, HR, and legal consulting. Andrea navigated the challenges of the changing audiovisual market and contributed to the company's success until their departure in 2019.

During their time at Agora Legis in 2020, Andrea collaborated as a lawyer, using their legal expertise to support the company.

Currently, Andrea is employed at Polaroo as the Head of People and Culture and Financial Analyst. Andrea divides their time between HR, accounting and finance, and coordination tasks. Andrea has implemented various changes to improve the employee-company relationship, including the creation of a psychological support area, monthly team-building activities, and continuous employee monitoring. Andrea'sgoal is to foster a positive work environment that promotes trust and work-life balance.

Andrea Contreras Ojeda completed their education with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the field of Propiedad Intelectual y Derecho de la Información from Esade in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Derecho (Law) at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2005 to 2011.
