Tom Reynolds is a seasoned professional in supply chain and demand planning, currently serving as a Demand Planner at Outward Hound since March 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager at QUINN and Demand Planner/Operations Manager at Quinoa Corporation - Ancient Harvest. Tom has also held positions such as Sales Operations Manager at Alpine Start Inc. and General Manager at Play It Again Sports Boulder, where notable achievements include increasing annual sales from $600K to over $1M and receiving multiple Growth Achievement awards and the franchise MVP recognition. Earlier experience includes managing front-of-house operations and bartending at Murphy’s. Tom is currently pursuing a degree in Project Management at Colorado State University Global.
