Michelle Tom is an experienced advertising operations professional with a strong background in digital campaign management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Advertising Operations at OAO since 2017, Michelle has successfully led a newly created team during a phase of rapid organizational expansion, providing guidance on digital campaign development and overseeing the quality assurance process. Previously, Michelle held the role of Senior Ad Operations Manager at Outsourced Ad Ops from 2014 to 2016, where technical issues related to ad placement and campaign delivery were analyzed and resolved.
