Laura Smous has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Laura started their career as the Director of Interactive & Brand Strategy at Wall-to-Wall Studios, where they successfully branded and rebranded national organizations. Laura then moved on to Jazz, a SaaS HCM & Recruiting Technology company, where they served as the Marketing & Product Leader, overseeing product marketing and sales enablement. After that, Laura joined TapInfluence as the Head of Product Marketing, where they played a crucial role in the company's acquisition by IZEA.
Laura then took on multiple roles at AtlasRTX, a company that combines AI chatbots with human teams to create real-time experiences. Laura Smous attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1996 to 2000.
