Michael Le has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael started their career in 2010 as a Senior Logistics Coordinator at Hanjin Shipping. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Poseidon Forwarding Co Inc, where they managed customer orders and ensured high customer satisfaction. In 2014, they joined Hapag-Lloyd AG as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, responsible for daily planning and execution of cargo containers.

In 2018, Michael joined MemeberSuite, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, providing training and support to over 100 clients. Michael later became a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2), handling escalated issues and managing bug defects.

Currently, Michael is working at Outreach as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in enterprise support. Their responsibilities include troubleshooting, addressing issues, and providing customer service to ensure smooth operations.
