Nicolas Tanda has extensive work experience in the game development industry, starting as a Junior Game Programmer at NCR in 2010. During this time, they developed a 3D serious game prototype called "Money in Time" using C# and XNA. Nicolas'swork on this project was recognized with a published paper at the Human Computer Interaction conference in 2010.
After that, Nicolas joined Tag Games in 2011 as a Game Programmer. Nicolas eventually became the Lead Game Programmer, working on various released titles such as "Hotel Transylvania Adventures," "Bubble's Pop Adventure," "Downton Abbey: Mysteries of the Manor," and "Moshi Monsters Village." Nicolas also contributed to unreleased titles, including "Crimson Star" and "Misfits & Monsters."
In 2018, Nicolas moved to DC Thomson as a Game Programmer, where they worked until 2020. At DC Thomson, they participated in the development of "Cat Tap Fever," "Moshi Monsters Village," and "FunPark Friends," among others.
Currently, Nicolas is a Senior Game Programmer at Outplay Entertainment Ltd, a position they started in December 2020.
Nicolas Tanda began their education in 2005 at IUT d'Aix-en-Provence in France, where they pursued a HND degree in Computing. After completing this program in 2007, they continued their studies at the University of the West of Scotland, where they earned a BSc degree in Computer Games Technology in 2008. Following that, Nicolas pursued higher education at the Faculté des Sciences de Luminy in France from 2008 to 2009, earning a Master 1 degree in Computing. Finally, they attended Abertay University from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued an MSc degree in Computer Games Technology.
