Ginny C. currently serves as the Global Head of Talent and Talent Branding at ÅŒURA, with a focus on global hiring in the US, Finland, and the UK since February 2022. With extensive experience as a Career Clarity Coach at Career Contessa, Ginny has received the top number of testimonials among 40 coaches, assisting clients in optimizing their career searches. Additional roles include Advisor positions at JobPixel and Talent Collective, and a Venture Partner and Founding Member status at Syelo Ventures, where a professional organization for recruiting talent leaders is being built.
