Sarah Gaudet is a highly experienced Registered Nurse and Nurse Educator currently serving as the Informatics Coordinator in the Nursing Professional Practice Department at The Ottawa Hospital since June 2009. In this role, Sarah coordinates clinical teaching activities, develops dissemination strategies, and oversees the implementation of new medical equipment and procedures. As a tertiary level emergency nurse, Sarah has specialized in trauma, cardiovascular, and neurosciences, serving as a mentor and preceptor for new nurses. Additionally, Sarah contributes to research efforts at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, focusing on studies related to troponin and syncope, while also training with Ontario's Emergency Medical Assistance Team. Sarah holds a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Francis Xavier University.
