Currently serving as the Laboratory Director at Ovation Fertility since January 2021, Tonya previously held the same title at CCRM Dallas Fort Worth and worked as the Associate Lab Director at Frisco Institute for Reproductive Medicine. Tonya's extensive experience includes managing IVF and andrology laboratories, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing quality control. With a strong foundation in advanced reproductive technology, Tonya is skilled in embryo culture, assessment, and various other ART lab techniques. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Animal and Dairy Sciences from Louisiana State University and both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University.
