Jennifer S. currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Community Relations at OTR, where successful project management of the OTRGive Program is projected to relaunch in 2024. With extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and communications, Jennifer previously held significant roles, including ADF EFB Capability Transition Manager at Valuable Consulting, where collaboration with the Australian Defence Force led to the timely and budget-compliant delivery of the ADF Electronic Flight Bag project. Other notable positions include Principal Ministerial Liaison Officer for the Office of Hon David Pisoni MP, Senior Communications and Briefing Officer for the Department for Education in South Australia, and Industry Engagement Manager for the SEA 1000 Future Submarine Program. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Communications Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Diploma in Project Management from Aimpoint.
