Ollga Tani/Ismaili has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Ollga began their career at Consulenza Istituzionale SpA as an intern in financial consulting, where they gained experience in monitoring fund performance and compiling reports. Ollga then joined Instat Albania, collaborating on various projects. In 2011, they started working at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania, initially as an Operational Risk Management Specialist and later as a Market Risk Senior Specialist. Their responsibilities included managing risk and ensuring compliance. Currently, they are employed at OTP Bank Albania as the Head of ALM and Treasury Middle Office, where they oversee the middle office operations and manages asset and liability management.

Ollga Tani/Ismaili pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Insurance from Sapienza Università di Roma, starting in 2006 and completing it in 2008. Additionally, in 2009-2010, they obtained a Master's degree of II level in Insurance and Risk Management Analyst from the same university.
