Alba Hysi is a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at OTP Bank Albania, with a career that includes roles as Head Teller and Bank Teller since August 2020. Prior to this position, Alba worked as an Account Specialist at Marketing & Distribution from October 2018 to August 2020. Alba holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Tirana, obtained in October 2018, and is currently pursuing a Master of Technology in Business Information Technology at the Canadian Institute of Technology, expected to be completed in July 2024.
