Renee Rutkowski currently serves as the Director of Sales Enablement & Training for North America at Otis Elevator Co., a position held since February 2009, where responsibilities include the development and deployment of sales tools, technology, and training content, alongside coordination of product launches. Previous roles at Otis included Associate Director of Sales Enablement and Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, focusing on CRM solutions and training. Earlier experience involved managing key accounts in Chicago and New York City, as well as branch management and a business development internship at Scholle Packaging. Renee holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Management, Marketing, and International Business from Purdue University.
