Maya Idrus is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management, data analytics, and shared services across various industries. Currently serving as the APAC HR Shared Services Lead at Otis Elevator Co. since November 2022, Maya has held multiple leadership positions including Global Reporting Lead and HR Solution Manager at Reckitt. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Astro, PETRONAS Digital Sdn Bhd, Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd, and others, focusing on HR operations, systems implementation, and organizational development. Maya's academic foundation is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Key achievements include managing annual performance appraisals and introducing group-wide performance management calibration at Barakah Group.
