Dheeraj Vohra is an experienced senior operations leader with a strong track record in driving business transformation and growth across various sectors, particularly in the elevator and HVAC industries. Currently serving as the Profit Center Head and Senior Director of Factory, Field, and Service Operations at Otis Elevator Co. since April 2012, Vohra oversees a $190 million P&L for Indian operations and leads product roadmap and go-to-market strategies. Previously held significant roles at United Technologies, Carrier India, and Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities included operational efficiency, P&L management, and business excellence. Vohra’s education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, and ongoing studies at XLRI Jamshedpur.
