Ozan Fidan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and account management across various sectors, particularly the food and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Oterra since November 2022, Ozan previously held the position of Sales Responsible at Seljel Jelatin A.Ş., where management of edible gelatin sales expanded to various international markets following a corporate acquisition. Ozan's career includes a role as VOC Food Technical Executive at Bureau Veritas, overseeing food product inspections and certifications for exports, and as a Production Supervisor at McCormick & Company, responsible for production lines supplying major fast food chains. Ozan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Engineering from Ege University, complemented by a strong academic foundation from Denizli Türk Eğitim Vakfı Anatolian High School.
