Carlos Santome is an accomplished production manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Production Manager at Oterra since June 2021, Carlos previously held the same position at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from October 2018 to May 2021. Carlos's career with SABMiller spanned over eight years, during which time roles included Regional Sourcing Specialist Capex for SABMiller Latam and Production Line Manager. Carlos's tenure at SABMiller also included positions as Asset Care Manager and Packaging Line Manager. Earlier in the career, Carlos was a Production Chief at The Coca-Cola Company for over seven years. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in International Business from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
