Tamera Ramdeen has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Tamera currently holds the position of Operations Manager at b.cycle, where they have been working since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Rockland Pop-Up Manager for the same company from April to November 2023. Tamera also served as the Studio & Maintenance Coordinator at b.cycle from February 2022 to November 2023.

In addition to their role at b.cycle, Tamera has experience in event management and social media coordination. Tamera worked as an Event and Social Media Coordinator at Grow Still from November 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they owned and managed their own cafe, Café Nezuko, from January 2022 onwards.

Tamera's previous experience includes positions at Otakuthon, where they held various roles in volunteer operations and human resources. Tamera served as the Vice President of Human Resources from November 2021 until the present. Prior to this, they were the Director of Volunteer Operations from January 2019 to November 2023, and the Manager for Volunteer Operations from January 2018 to January 2019. Tamera also worked as an Administrative Assistant for Volunteer Operations from January 2017 to January 2018.

Before their time at Otakuthon, Tamera gained experience in the hospitality industry. Tamera owned Hammy Paw Store from January 2021 to March 2022, and held positions at McDonald's as a Crew Trainer from April 2018 to November 2019, and as a Crew Member from January to April 2018.

Tamera also has experience in maintenance and social media marketing. Tamera worked as a Maintenance Worker at La Grande roue de Montréal from September 2020 to January 2022, and as a Social Media Marketing Intern from July to December 2021.

Tamera Ramdeen is currently pursuing a degree in Pastry Making at Pearson Adult and Career Centre. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Starting A Business at Shadd Health & Business Centre in 2021. In 2015-2018, Tamera attended Vanier College, where they studied Special Care Counselling.
