Lisa Hall, MSN, RN, NBC-HWC, CHCQM, CMAC has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. In 1994, they began their career as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Centegra Health System, where they worked until 2004. From 2003 to 2006, Lisa also gained experience as a Medical Product Education and Sales Consultant at JustiCorp.

In 2006, Lisa returned to Centegra Health System, where they worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, Trauma Nurse Specialist (TNS), and Case Management roles until 2011. During this time, they gained expertise in emergency care and case management.

From 2011 to 2021, Lisa joined Advocate Aurora Health as a Registered Nurse, specializing in the Emergency Department, Case Management, and Utilization Management. Their work experience at Advocate Aurora Health allowed their to develop a strong understanding of patient care and utilization management processes.

In 2014, Lisa briefly worked at JourneyCare Hospice as the Director of Clinical Innovations, where they contributed to improving clinical practices in hospice care.

In 2022, Lisa ventured into entrepreneurship, becoming the Business Owner of OsteoStrong, where they likely focuses on providing healthcare services or promoting health and wellness products related to bone health.

Throughout their career, Lisa Hall has continuously expanded their knowledge and skills, earning various certifications, including NBC-HWC, CHCQM, and CMAC. Their work experience spans across multiple healthcare settings, emphasizing their versatility and adaptability in the healthcare industry.

Lisa Hall, MSN, RN, NBC-HWC, CHCQM, CMAC has a Master's of Science in Nursing, summa cum laude (GPA 4.0) from Benedictine University. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of St. Francis. Additionally, they have obtained a Health and Wellness Coaching Certification in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching, NBC-HWC from Vanderbilt University. Lisa has several additional certifications, including a Health Care Quality & Management (HCQM) Certification from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians (ABQAURP), a Case Management Administrator Certification (CMAC) from The Center for Case Management, and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) certification from the National Board of Medical Examiners. Lisa is also a registered professional nurse with the Illinois and Tennessee Departments of Professional Regulation. Furthermore, Lisa received a Vanderbilt Integrated Health and Wellness Coaching Certification from Vanderbilt University.
