Emma Ruder is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Lead for Payer Operations at Headway since January 2022. Emma has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Operations Associate and Insurance Operations Associate. Prior to Headway, Emma worked at Shelf Engine, where responsibilities included Customer Experience Analyst and Operations Support Specialist. Previous experience includes managing theater and bookings at Lumen Field, serving as a Contract Administrator for AEG Presents, and supporting agents at Creative Artists Agency in the Country and Rock Music Departments. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
