Richa Tungal is a Senior Manager with experience in research, development, process scale-up, and product development within the chemical industry on a global scale. Richa holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and has worked in various roles such as Research Scientist, Lecturer, and Graduate Research Assistant. Richa's expertise includes improving processes for polymer synthesis, development of novel products, and teaching chemical engineering concepts. Currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management to further enhance their skill set.
