Sandy Dufoe, PHR has a strong history in human resources and management. Sandy began their career as a Regional/District Manager at Liz Claiborne in 1987 and held this position until 2008. During their time at Liz Claiborne, they also served as a Training and Development Manager from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, Sandy joined PharmAthene as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked for eight years until 2017. Currently, they are working as a Senior Manager of Human Resources for Osiris Therapeutics.

Sandy Dufoe, PHR attended the University of New Hampshire where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Business and Economics. They also studied at DePaul University, obtaining a degree in HRCI with a field of study in Human Resources. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational institution.
