Vivek R. serves as the Head of Human Resources at Truemeds India since January 2024, leading a team of 12 across various HR functions. Prior to this, Vivek held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at BetterPlace from January to December 2023, where a quick transition to this role was made to address over 200 open positions predominantly in India and South East Asia, managing a team of 4. Previous experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner for Technology and Data Science at ShareChat, HR Manager at Swiggy overseeing HRBP and HR Tech functions, and a Management Trainee role at Swiggy. Earlier in the career, Vivek completed a summer internship at Aditya Birla Group and a summer internship in Materials Sciences at NIT-Rourkela. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a dual degree in B.Tech and M.Tech in Nanotechnology from Central University of Jharkhand.
