Menno de Haan currently serves as a Docent Zorg en Welzijn at OSG Singelland since August 2023 and has been a Mediator at Praktijk Viamare since January 2019, specializing in family and relationships, social domain issues, and support for individuals with disabilities. Previously, Menno held the position of Docent Zorg en Welzijn at ROC Menso Alting Groningen from February 2021 to July 2023, providing guidance in various healthcare training programs. Menno's extensive experience includes working as a Consulent Arbeid en Onderwijs at MEE Friesland from April 2002 to March 2021, and as a Medewerker gebiedsteam with different municipalities from September 2014 to December 2016, engaging in social work and preventative measures. Menno's foundational career began as a begeleider at Talant from May 2000 to March 2002. Educationally, Menno has earned a Bachelor’s degree in onderwijs, specializing in Zorg en Welzijn, and has pursued various postgraduate studies in conflict management and grief counseling, alongside foundational academic achievements in social work.
