Bryan Johnson has an extensive background in entrepreneurship. Bryan is the Founder and CEO of Blueprint since 2021. Prior to that, they founded Kernel in 2016, a company that specializes in brain recording technology. In 2013, Bryan founded OS Fund, an investment firm focused on scientist entrepreneurs who engineer atoms, molecules, organisms, and complex systems. Before that, they were the Founder and CEO of Braintree, a company that provides payment solutions to notable companies like Airbnb, GitHub, OpenTable, and Uber. Bryan successfully led Braintree for six years from 2007 to 2013.
Bryan Johnson completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Brigham Young University from 1999 to 2003. Bryan then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they completed between 2005 and 2007.
