Nicole Kidd, MBA, currently serves as the Billing Manager at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Manager of Revenue Cycle Services at North American Partners in Anesthesia from July 2021 to October 2023, and previously held the position of Clinical Operations Manager at Wings of Hope Hospice for a brief period in 2021. Nicole's experience also includes over seven years at Allegan General Hospital, where responsibilities included managing Physician Practice Operations across various specialties such as Orthopedics and Family Practice. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a Patient Coordinator at Allegan Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center. Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Davenport University and has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health and Human Services from Western Michigan University, in addition to earlier studies in Health Services.
