Debra Fullem is a legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and paralegal management. Currently serving as the Legal Innovation and Operations Manager at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since February 2006, Debra has also held the roles of Senior Paralegal Manager and East Coast Paralegal Manager, overseeing practice groups in Employment, Energy, Finance, IP, Real Estate, and SCA. Prior to this, Debra spent nearly 14 years at Swidler Berlin LLP in various paralegal roles, including Senior Paralegal, and began a career in the legal field at DLA Piper (Piper Marbury) as a paralegal. Debra Fullem earned a degree from the University of Maryland between 1983 and 1987.
