Martha Richey is an experienced finance leader currently serving as CFO of Ornua Ingredients NA since February 2024. Prior to this role, Martha held several senior positions at Menasha Corporation from May 2018 to June 2023, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth and Integrations and Senior Vice President of Finance, focusing on financial reporting, analysis, strategic planning, and capital projects. At Kimberly-Clark, from February 2012 to May 2018, Martha was Senior Director of Strategic Cost Transformation and Finance Director of Family Care, where responsibilities included optimizing overhead costs and guiding financial strategy for North America. Earlier in their career, Martha worked at Hallmark Cards for nearly 17 years in various finance-related roles, including Group Director of Finance and Planning for Hallmark International and Assistant Treasurer. Martha began their professional journey as a Senior Tax Analyst at Arthur Andersen. Martha Richey holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Indiana University and a BS in Business and Accounting from The University of Kansas.
