Bettina Fredriksson is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Finance Strategy & Transformation at Kellanova since September 2022, along with the role of Senior Director of Finance for Continental Europe. Prior to this, extensive experience was gained at Procter & Gamble from June 2013 to August 2022, holding various leadership positions including Finance Director roles for the London Fabric & Home Care Plant and Nordic Sales, as well as Senior Finance Manager positions across Sweden, Norway, and several UK operations. Bettina Fredriksson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Goethe University Frankfurt and spent a year as an exchange student at the University of Sydney.
