James Ortega has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design. James started their career in 2005 as a Graphic Designer at The Creative Group and worked there until 2006. James then joined CU Direct in 2006 as a Graphic Designer and later became a Sr. Graphic Designer in 2014. James worked there until 2020 when they transitioned to Origence as a Design Manager.

James Ortega studied at the California State University-San Bernardino from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design. Later, from 2009 to 2010, they attended The Art Institutes, where they earned a Diploma in Visual Web Design.
