Sheriza Faisal is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer at Standard Chartered Bank since August 2019. Prior experience includes roles at the Prime Minister's Office - PSD in Singapore from February 2012 to August 2019, where Sheriza served as a User Experience Researcher and Design Thinking Coach, contributing to public sector innovation. Sheriza also held positions as a Senior Communications Designer, training government agencies in human-centered design and developing training materials to elevate design thinking capabilities. Earlier career stages featured Sheriza as a Communications Designer, conducting ethnographic research to inform public policy design, and as a Marketing Executive at Cisco and Avid, where campaigns were developed for new product launches and regional marketing initiatives. Sheriza earned a Bachelorā€™s Degree in Communications and New Media from the National University of Singapore between 2008 and 2011.
