Lucas Pinto has worked in various roles since 2001. Lucas began their career as a Coordenador de eventos at the Universidade de Brasília in 2001. In 2006, they moved to the Governo de Goiás, where they worked as an Assistente administrativo. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Gerente de operações at Evoluti. Lucas then moved to Data Traffic S/A, where they worked in the same role from 2013 to 2017. In 2021, Lucas Pinto joined Origem as the Battery Swap Station Head of Operations.

Lucas Pinto has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in the field of Gestão Empresarial. Lucas also holds a Bacharelado in Engenharia Elétrica e Eletrônica from Universidade Federal de Goiás, which they obtained between 2003 and 2009.
