Earl Stuart has extensive experience in the electric utility sector, currently serving as System Operator Foreman and Dispatcher at Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative since June 1993, where responsibilities include operating and monitoring the electric power grid for approximately one-third of Missouri and dispatching crews to emergency situations. Previously, Earl held various positions at MFA Agri-Services from March 1987 to June 1993, including Retail Manager and Central Warehouse Manager. Earl holds an Associate of Science degree in Environmental Management and a degree in Emergency Management from Drury University, as well as a High School Diploma from Cabool High School.
