Wendel Mota possesses extensive experience in maintenance and inspection within the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Coordenador de Manutenção e Inspeção at Origem Energia since October 2021, responsibilities include coordinating maintenance services for machinery and equipment. Prior roles include Supervisor de Elétrica, overseeing electrical maintenance and automation systems, and Técnico em Manutenção Elétrica at Great Holdings, where skills in technical report preparation and Total Productive Maintenance implementation were developed. Wendel began as Técnico em Manutenção Eletrônica at Schlumberger, focusing on maintenance practices for solid control equipment, and held positions in electrical maintenance and installation earlier in the career, demonstrating a solid foundation in electrical and electronic systems. Wendel is pursuing further education at Universidade Salvador, building on a technical degree in Eletrotécnica from Escola de Engenharia Eletromecânica da Bahia.
