Anika Agarwal has extensive work experience in marketing and customer experience roles. Anika is currently serving as the Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Orient Electric since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the President - Consumer Business at MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited from January 2021 to June 2022. Anika also held various positions at Max Bupa, including Chief Marketing Officer and Director- Digital Business, Director-Marketing, Digital and Direct Sales, Senior Vice President and Head- Marketing, Digital & Direct Sales, and AVP and Head-Marketing Planning and Brand Development. Anika has also worked at Nokia Corporation and Nokia India in marketing activation roles. Anika started their career as Deputy Director in Projects at the Indian Cellular Association and began their journey in the marketing field as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Agrani Convergence, A Zee Group Company.
Anika Agarwal started their education journey in 1997 at Ramjas College, Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English Literature. Anika excelled academically, becoming the top student in their college. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2000, Anika went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Finance at LBSIM, New Delhi, from 2000 to 2002.
