Jennifer Lacy Smith is an experienced executive in the beauty and packaging industry, currently serving as Vice President of Product Creation at Oribe Hair Care since May 2012, where responsibilities include formula, packaging, project management, and regulatory oversight. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Divisional Vice President - Packaging at Gurwitch Products from April 2009 to March 2012, and was Vice President - Marketing & Operations at Isidor from April 2007 to November 2008. Prior experiences at L'Oreal include roles such as Director of Development and various positions in packaging development and merchandising. Jennifer started their career at Revlon as a Packaging Engineer. Academic qualifications include an MPS in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a BS in Packaging from Michigan State University.
