Tom began his independent school career at St. Paul's Episcopal Day School in Kansas City, MO, and then moved to the north shore of Boston to work at Brookwood School in Manchester, MA. While at Brookwood, Tom served on the AISNE Employee Benefits committee and then the AISNE Board of Directors. Tom also served as a faculty member of the National Business Officers Association Business Officer Institute. At Harpeth Hall, Tom has worked to improve the employee benefits program including implementing a partially self-funded health insurance plan. In his free time, Tom enjoys running, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their "best-dog-ever" Goldendoodle named Olive.
