Roger Haston has extensive experience in leadership and consulting within the animal welfare and analytical sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at ORIANA solutions, LLC since August 2020, Roger previously held the position of President at The Institute for Animals, where strategic development and thought leadership were emphasized in the animal welfare industry from April 2019 to July 2022. Additional roles include Chief of Analytics at PetSmart Charities and Executive Director at the Animal Assistance Foundation, among others. Roger's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a Ph.D. in Geophysics and Seismology from UC Santa Barbara.
