Brendan Robb, PhD, currently serves as the Manufacturing Manager at OrganOx as of March 2023. Prior to this role, Brendan held various positions at The Electrospinning Company Ltd. from February 2015 to March 2023, including Head of Engineering, Head of Production, and Senior Research & Development Scientist. Brendan's research experience includes a Post Doctoral Research Associate role at The University of Manchester focused on innovative production processes and the development of a medical device for periodontal disease from September 2013 to January 2015. Brendan's earlier research involved an EPSRC Case Award at Neotherix Ltd. as a Doctoral Researcher from March 2010 to September 2013, and experience as a Data Analyst at Mincorp and Procurement Officer at Oxfordshire County Council. Brendan holds a PhD in Nanotechnology from The University of Manchester, an MSc in Biomaterials from Queen Mary University of London, and a BEng in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London.
