Thorsten B?hle ²®ÀÖ currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Management and Governance Lead at Organon since December 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient portfolio governance processes and leading governance meetings. Prior to this role, Thorsten was employed at CSL Behring as the Senior Manager for Capital Project Portfolio Planning and Governance, overseeing the global implementation of the project's portfolio management system and providing risk profiles for senior leadership. Thorsten's previous experience includes serving as a Technical Project Manager for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Automation at Roche, where Thorsten managed projects for the global launch site for OSD-products, as well as holding positions in automation project management at B. Braun Melsungen AG. Thorsten's academic credentials feature two Executive MBAs from Tongji University and Mannheim Business School focused on Business Administration and Asian Market development, alongside a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kassel.
