Kilian Barbara has extensive work experience in project management and customer service. They started their career at Diageo in 2005, holding various roles such as Customer Service Controller, Customer Service Superuser, and North America & Canada Customer Service Team Leader. In 2008, Kilian moved to the position of Project Support Specialist at Diageo, where they worked until 2014. In 2015, they joined Organica Water as a Senior Project Coordinator. They were later promoted to Associate Manager - Project Support and finally to Project Manager in August 2020. Kilian has achieved notable success in their career, including supporting the initiation of 20 new wastewater treatment plant projects and delivering detailed design packages for 10 of them.

Kilian Barbara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from BGF KVIF, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology at Széchenyi István Egyetem.
