Lirie Berisha has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lirie started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Hello Kids Kindergarden in October 2018 and worked until January 2019. In May 2019, they joined Agon Gjinofci Photography as a Retouch and Editing Artist for a period of four months.

In July 2021, Lirie Berisha transitioned to the role of Executive Assistant at MetDaan, where they showed their organizational and administrative skills until May 2022. Following their time as an Executive Assistant, they were promoted to Junior Project Manager, showcasing their ability to handle project management responsibilities from May 2022 to September 2022.

Currently, Lirie Berisha holds the position of a Business Development Analyst at MetDaan, where they started in September 2022 and continues to contribute to the company's growth and strategic initiatives.

From 2018 to 2021, Lirie Berisha attended Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina" where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
