Roland Weisser's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Roland began their career in 1992 in advertising agencies and trade, where they worked as a Kontakter, Projektmanager, Aktionärsbetreuer, and Gründers. From 2009-2010, they served as the Head of Sales and Marketing at Sweet Light, where they led the market entry strategy and brand development. At Eaton, from 2011-2016, they worked as a Referent Marketing and Referent Vertriebsmarketing und MarCom. Roland then joined Asmodee Germany as the Director of Marketing from 2017-2018. Roland later held positions at Betterspace GmbH as the Head of Marketing in 2019 and at Fischzucht Schwegel Aufsesstal as a Senior Auszubildender Fischwirtschaft from 2020-2023. Currently, they are working as a Fisch & Sales at Organic Garden since 2023.
Roland Weisser's education history includes several degrees and certifications. Roland obtained a degree in Marketing/Marketing-Management from the DAA Deutsche Angestellten Akademie, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. In 2013, they earned a degree in Public Relations from the FJS Freie Journalistenschule Berlin, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In terms of additional qualifications, Roland Weisser obtained the title of staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt - Marketing from the Bayrisches Kultusministerium in 2004 and a degree in Feingeräteelektroniker from TA Triumph Adler AG, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Most recently, they pursued a degree in Fischwirtschaft und Kreislaufanlagen from the Institut für Fischerei LFL Starnberg, where they are expected to complete their studies in 2022.
