Dr. Manoj Kumar is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Law and Justice since January 2024. With extensive experience, Dr. Kumar is also the Vice President of the Society of Indian Law Firms (SILF) since March 2009, where initiatives include driving professional social responsibility programs that support law students and engaging with international legal bodies. Additionally, Dr. Kumar holds roles as Vice President of the Society of Construction Law - India, Visiting Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, and has been a Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. Dr. Kumar founded Hammurabi & Solomon Partners, and served as Chairman of Lexxo until December 2023, promoting compliance services and legal innovation. Dr. Kumar's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from the National Law School of India University and a Master of Laws from RG University, along with honorary degrees and executive education from international institutions.
