Robert Lowe is a distinguished academic and healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine and health services research. Currently serving as Professor Emeritus and Senior Scholar at the Center for Policy and Research in Emergency Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University since 2001, Robert Lowe also holds professorships across multiple departments including Emergency Medicine, Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology, and Public Health and Preventive Medicine. Robert Lowe previously held an Assistant Professorship at the University of Pennsylvania and has had various roles at the University of California, San Francisco, and other institutions. In addition, Robert Lowe has experience in clinical settings, including leadership positions in emergency departments and a strong educational background with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley.
